    We strongly encourage you to continue sending in all transaction requests via usaccountmanager@icicibank.com or e-fax 1-646 358 4521. The Branch will make every attempt to process requests received electronically in a timely manner, but due to circumstances beyond our control, there may be delays. Transaction requests / checks/ trade documents sent via post/courier may be delayed, due to conditions beyond our control.
