i-safe mobile application registration

ICICI Bank has launched 'i-safe' a mobile application which will help you generate One-Time-Password (OTP) on your mobile handset.

'i-safe' mobile application registration process

Step 1: Download application on registered mobile

You need to download the application on your registered mobile phone by visiting https://mobile.icicigroupcompanies.com/ from your mobile handset.

'ICICI Bank i-safe' application can be downloaded from Android Play Store and iOS App Store.

Once you have downloaded the application on your handset, please login to your ICICI Bank Internet Banking account. Click on the 'Activate I-safe' option available in the 'i-safe' tab and select the type of operating system on your mobile phone.

Step 2: Set PIN on Internet Banking

Enter a 6-digit numeric PIN of your choice to use 'i-safe' mobile application.

You will always need this PIN to generate the OTP on your mobile.

Step 3: Activate application on registered mobile

On selection of PIN, an e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail ID.

The e-mail will contain the details for activation of i-safe

Step 4: Verify OTP on Internet Banking

Generate OTP on your mobile handset using the 'i-safe' mobile application. Enter this OTP in 'Verify i-safe OTP' option available in the 'i-safe' tab after logging into your Internet Banking account.
